A former elite soldier who was approached by unknown investors to create a commercially viable Security Force, but was actually a thinly disguised Mercenary Team. The terms of a freehand in raising such a team persuaded him. He can now operate the way he sees fit, and deal with opponents, according to his justice.

However, his perfect score of never failing to deliver on time and schedule is now in jeopardy...
